About the position

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and tax preparation assistance. This part-time role allows for 100% remote work, enabling tax professionals to help clients navigate the complexities of taxation while working from home or their office.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and full service return preparation.
• Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers.
• Document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Active, unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• Extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Excellent customer service skills.
