Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients in accordance with firm standards
• Demonstrate technical competence in Income tax, Compliance, and Planning
• Manage engagements/assignments profitably
• Review client engagement documentation, returns, and work papers for accuracy
• Supervise client engagement procedures
• Develop team members through mentoring and feedback
• Generate new business and retain current business
• Expand services to existing clients

Requirements

• CPA certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in C-Corp Taxation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Not previously contacted or interviewed by the firm
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
