About the position

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our collaborative team at a leading public accounting firm based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role focuses on tax planning and counsel, primarily serving a client base of physicians and high-net-worth individuals in various sectors. The position allows for remote work and emphasizes client interaction while delegating tax return preparation and compliance tasks to overseas teams.

Responsibilities

• Focus on tax planning and counsel for clients.
• Manage client relationships and provide expert tax advice.
• Oversee tax return preparation and review processes.
• Collaborate with overseas teams for compliance work.
• Participate in quarterly retreats and annual conferences.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in public accounting.
• Experience in tax return preparation and review for C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, and HNW individuals.
• Strong client management skills.
• CPA certification preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Trust and Estate Gift Tax planning.
