Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of complex individual, partnership, corporation, and S corporation tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with income tax laws and regulations.
• Conduct tax research and develop tax planning strategies.
• Manage and mentor junior tax staff and provide guidance on tax-related issues.
• Review tax returns prepared by staff for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of experience in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation.
• Two years of experience as a tax manager in public accounting.
• Strong tax research and tax planning skills.
• Experience in preparing complex tax returns.

Nice-to-haves

• CPA designation or advanced degree in taxation is preferred but not required.
