About the position

The Tax Operations Coordinator role at Acara Solutions is a temporary, remote position focused on customer outreach to collect missing tax deliverables from new customers post-Payroll implementation. This position is essential for enhancing filing success and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to new customers to identify and collect missing tax documents.
  • Process mass and individualized communications to notify customers of their missing data.
  • Educate customers on the potential consequences of failing to submit required documents.
  • Guide customers through the process of obtaining necessary tax information using tax agency websites.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience with customer service.
  • Knowledge of tax documentation is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Experience in customer service or outreach roles is preferred.
