Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
- Provide comprehensive tax planning and consulting services, including estate planning, business succession planning, and international tax.
- Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns.
- Research and analyze tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's tax practice.
Requirements
- CPA license is required.
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Master's degree in Taxation is a plus.
