Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on current tax deadlines to provide information to clients.
  • Maintain organized records of all client interactions and documentation within digital storage software.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with the public.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Familiarity with personal income tax is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Bilingual in Portuguese is preferred.
