About the position

JDA TSG is seeking Seasonal Enrolled Agents (EA) or Certified Public Accountants (CPA) to join their Tax Services Group for the upcoming tax season. This role involves providing exceptional customer support in preparing income tax returns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while working in a professional office environment. The position offers flexible schedules and the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer support in preparing income tax returns on site.
• Create an excellent customer experience using expertise in tax preparation.
• Resolve customer problems in a friendly manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions carefully.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience preparing and filing individual (1040) returns using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN and Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
• Strong technical skills and ability to navigate computer systems and software, including professional tax software.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of TurboTax is strongly preferred.
