About the position
Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season, offering a fully remote position. The role involves assisting clients with their tax preparation needs, utilizing TurboTax products, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience in tax preparation and possess an active PTIN.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
- Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation.
- Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers.
- Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Ability to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
- Excellent customer service skills.
