About the position

Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season, offering a fully remote position for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of paid tax experience. The role involves assisting clients with their tax preparation using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation.
• Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers.
• Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools.
• Dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
