Responsibilities

• Prepare individual and business tax returns
• Answer client calls and respond to client emails
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and staff
• Manage time and organize tasks efficiently
• Download and upload digital documents to client portals
• Utilize Microsoft Office Excel and Word proficiently
• Work with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• Experience with ProSystem fx is a plus
• Work well under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Valid Enrolled Agent license (preferred)
• Experience in time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good organizational skills
