Responsibilities

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to accurately process customer data
• Assist customers by resolving inquiries related to their tax preparation
• Keep up-to-date customer records in systems such as ADP - Financial Services and CCH ProSystem Fx
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on Accounting Functions
• Use Drake Tax Software for tax preparation and processing
• Handle customer service situations professionally and efficiently
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Calculate allowances and deductible for customers
• Use CCH Sales Tax software to ensure correctness of customer tax records.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary
• Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx is essential
• Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax is crucial
• Ability to utilize Drake Tax Software effectively is expected
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is mandatory
• Capability to handle Allowances is needed
• Exceptional Customer Service skills are required
