- Regularly update and maintain customer records to ensure accurate tracking of tax information
- Handle customer inquiries related to tax preparation and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct data entry tasks related to customer tax information
- Apply knowledge of accounting functions to effectively manage customer accounts
- Take appropriate action on customer accounts as necessary, based on their tax situation
- Utilize Drake Tax Software for specific tax-related tasks
- Understand and apply tax regulations related to allowances and deductibles
- Handle large consolidations, managing multiple entities within one system
- Manage customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
