As a Tax Senior Manager in Business Tax Services at EY, you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored tax compliance and planning services to a diverse portfolio of prestigious clients, including privately held companies and high-profile individuals. Responsibilities
- Manage tax compliance and planning for private entities including C-Corp, S-Corp, and Partnerships.
- Research tax issues to develop effective tax planning strategies.
- Lead teams on various types of tax work, from entity to individual.
- Translate complex data into client-ready insights and deliverables.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored services.
- Communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients.
- Supervise and coach a high-performing team, ensuring quality and commercial value in all activities.
- Collaborate with partners and teams to develop account strategies and identify additional services for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tax compliance and planning, particularly for private entities.
- Strong research skills to develop effective tax strategies.
- Ability to lead teams and manage various tax-related projects.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex tax issues to clients and non-tax professionals.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
