About the position

CohnReznick is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for their Sunrise office. This hybrid role involves managing client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engagement Manager on specific client accounts, overseeing pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverable development.
• Develop a detailed engagement work plan, including budgets and schedules.
• Monitor project status against the work plan and communicate schedule adjustments to management.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring they are informed of engagement progress.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and professional integrity to gain client respect and confidence.
• Prepare timely and accurate bills for professional services rendered.

Requirements

• BS/BA in accounting; CPA required.
• Minimum of 8+ years of tax and accounting experience in public accounting.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, along with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Computer expertise, including knowledge of audit-preparation software and an understanding of technology's impact.
• Strong research skills and proven technical skills with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with audit software, ProSystems or GoSystems, and CCH Engagement is a plus.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
