About the position
Wolf & Company is seeking dynamic entry-level Tax Staff to join their national firm. This role focuses on helping clients manage their tax obligations effectively while enhancing their financial performance through technical knowledge and industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepares tax returns for individuals and fiduciary clients
- Participates in tax planning projects
- Utilizes and develops a basic understanding of various tax programs and tax software
- Works with confidential client matters
- Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience
- Builds and manages client relationships
- Performs other tax special project work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in Accounting
- Tax internship or 1 year of experience in public accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated leadership and relationship skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees
