The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting sofas and chairs at various stages of production to ensure that high-quality products are produced. This role involves performing visual inspections of finished products, checking for straight stitches, correct patterns according to production tickets, proper upholstery specifications, and ensuring there are no flaws in the fabric or leather. The inspector will also verify that the legs and finishes of the legs are correct and make repairs as needed. Additionally, the inspector may push pieces back to the upholsterer to correct any identified issues and will perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
