The Technology Finance organization at Liberty Mutual is seeking a Technology Business Management (TBM) Analyst to join their team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the cost, quality, and value of technology products and services while also focusing on improving expense ratios and operational excellence. The TBM Analyst will manage a segment of the technology shared service catalog and will work closely with leaders across Technology, Finance, and Business Units to analyze consumption trends, understand cost pressures, and anticipate emerging technologies. In collaboration with the TBM Manager, the Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to the technology organization, driving the adoption of the TBM practice through cost modeling, trend analysis, and insights generation. The role involves creating dashboards and reports using tools like Apptio and Power BI to facilitate insights hunting and cost optimization. The Analyst will also be responsible for training stakeholders on insights hunting and augmenting Technology Finance with actionable insights, conclusions, and recommendations. Additionally, the TBM Analyst will track insights, actions, and wins, supporting technology leaders with business partner reviews. They will review consumption patterns and set quarterly chargeback rates that influence cost and consumption behaviors. Maintaining cost models, operationalizing data feeds, and resolving data quality issues are also key responsibilities of this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and technology, with a focus on data management and analysis.
