About the position

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at New Haven Youth Family Services involves providing comprehensive administrative support under the supervision of the TBS Director. The role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring effective communication with visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the completion of TBS billing and audits.
  • Handle direct correspondence related to Melrose Administrative personnel.
  • Maintain office mail, files, and prepare materials as assigned.
  • Greet and provide information and assistance to visitors.
  • Handle telephone, FAX, and written communication effectively.
  • Drive to Temecula location when needed.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary for the fulfillment of program requirements.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One year of experience in an administrative role or three years of general office experience.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to clear Community Care Licensing hiring requirements.
  • Valid California driver's license and automobile with liability insurance.
