About the position
The position involves developing, building, and maintaining relationships with guests while explaining the sports wagering process. The role requires providing exceptional guest service while processing all wagering transactions accurately and quickly, handling a variety of wagering and money transactions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of six (6) months cash handling experience or successful completion of training.
- Minimum of six (6) months customer relations experience or successful completion of training.
- Minimum of six (6) months basic computer experience.
- Must have good math skills (Test required).
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working in a gaming environment preferred.
