About the position
As a Best Buy TCL Advisor, you'll be the brand expert for TCL products across a designated area of Best Buy stores. Your primary responsibility will be to visit retail locations regularly, focusing on training employees and ensuring the accuracy of merchandising elements. This role is not just about training; you will also engage directly with customers to build solutions and create excellent shopping experiences. Your expertise will help enhance the brand's presence and ensure that both employees and customers have a thorough understanding of TCL products. In this position, you will be expected to meet individual and team performance goals, which will require you to coordinate closely with local leadership to increase brand engagement. You will also have the opportunity to travel overnight up to twice a month, which will allow you to connect with different teams and stores within your assigned area. This role is essential in fostering a strong relationship between Best Buy and TCL, ensuring that the brand is well-represented and that employees are equipped with the knowledge they need to assist customers effectively.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Ability to attend off-site multi-day training twice a year
- Must be at least 18 years old
