About the position
The TCOMM Voice Consultant role is a contract position focused on providing technical support for Avaya Communication systems. The consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to wired and IP camera systems, as well as handling helpdesk tickets and phone calls from users.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Avaya Communication Manager issues.
- Provide support for wired and IP camera systems.
- Answer helpdesk tickets and phone calls.
- Manage approximately 5-10 tickets per day.
Requirements
- Experience with Avaya Communication Manager.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in network technology.
- Ability to handle helpdesk inquiries effectively.
