About the position

The Administrative/HR Specialist at TD Architects is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the owner and other staff members, while also managing various human resources tasks. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of the office and ensuring effective communication and organization within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the owner and other staff members.
  • Greet visitors and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and voice mail messages.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and employee events.
  • Maintain office supplies and address other office needs.
  • Run errands and perform general clerical tasks.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for potential hires.
  • Prepare documents for new hires and maintain personnel files.
  • Enter, update, and terminate benefit enrollments as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
  • Experience in administrative support and handling HR tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction at all levels via email, telephone, and in-person.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft products.
