Responsibilities

• Work with clients, engineers, and contractors to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Develop schematic designs and design development documents.
• Create digital and/or physical material boards for client presentations.
• Coordinate various elements of the project.
• Process permits and supervise construction administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a Job Captain and/or Interior Designer role.
• Strong conceptual and design skills with knowledge of construction methods.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Sketchup and/or BlueBeam.
