The TDM Tester position in Milwaukee, WI, is focused on managing test data effectively within both test and production environments. The tester will develop new TDM solutions, particularly using Delphix, and will be responsible for creating high-level solution designs while providing architectural insights. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members and presenting TDM initiatives to client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage test data effectively in both test and production environments.
• Develop new TDM solutions using Delphix.
• Create high-level TDM solution designs and provide architectural insights.
• Conduct data discovery and profiling, applying masking rules to support compliance.
• Present TDM initiatives confidently to client stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on TDM practices.
• Work within an Agile software development life cycle.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Test Data Management activities.
• Expertise in data discovery, data subsetting, data masking, and synthetic data generation.
• Proficiency in Delphix, IBM Optim, Broadcom TDM, and GENROCKET Tdaas.
• Good communication skills and confidence in presenting to stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile software development life cycle.
