About the position

The TENx10 Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the TENx10 Collaboration, a national discipleship movement aimed at making faith matter more for ten million young people over the next decade. This position is designed for a full-time, remote employee who will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, as well as the Marketing and Communications Team, to spearhead all digital marketing initiatives for TENx10. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that encompasses search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and social media engagement. In this dynamic role, the Digital Marketing Manager will establish and implement a digital marketing strategy that effectively distributes key messaging and content across various platforms. This includes creating and maintaining an editorial calendar for email, social media, and blog content, as well as researching and analyzing consumer behaviors and trends to inform marketing campaigns. Staying abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices is essential to ensure that TENx10's digital presence remains relevant and impactful. The position also involves content creation, where the manager will maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels and collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative growth strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager will prepare reports and analytics on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to recommend strategic changes based on data-driven insights. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills to effectively lead TENx10's digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for TENx10, including SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute key messaging and content.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar for email, social media, and blog.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them across TENx10 social media platforms.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital marketing and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Create and manage content for TENx10's social media, emails, blog, and other forms of digital communication.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various digital marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing in order to optimize user experience.
  • Recommend strategic changes to digital marketing approach based on KPIs and analytics.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated passion for the mission of TENx10 with a desire to work in a distinctly Christian work environment.
  • Preferred bachelor's degree in marketing or communications with training in digital marketing and user experience/experience design.
  • Must be proficient in Mailchimp with a proven track record of creating successful email campaigns and managing subscriber lists.
  • Preferred experience with Webflow, WordPress, or Squarespace.
  • Understanding of Google products such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords.
  • Preferred 2+ years experience with SEM strategy and keyword research.
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data and an ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
  • High attention to deadlines, accuracy, and details.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Attention to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to organize, track and follow-up on numerous details and projects.
  • Ability to delegate work to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing and communications team.
  • Ability to learn quickly, including creativity in problem-solving and trouble-shooting.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
