The Tea Sales Manager at August Uncommon Tea is responsible for expanding the company's client base in the foodservice and hospitality sectors, particularly in Southern California. This role involves winning new wholesale accounts, optimizing sales operations, and developing strong relationships with clients, including hotels and restaurants. Responsibilities

• Win new wholesale accounts for August in foodservice and hospitality
• Work with the August team to streamline the sales and onboarding process
• Help August optimize sales operations to maximize revenue and return purchases
• Develop relationships with quality Hotel chains
• Lead tastings with Foodservice and Hospitality clients
• Train Foodservice and Hospitality clients to brew tea to standards of excellence
• Sell and manage white label and custom tea blend development to qualified clients

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in outbound sales
• Experience in wholesale sales
• Strong client acquisition skills
• Background in beverage sales
• Excellent relationship building abilities
• Knowledge of sales operations
• Experience in conducting tasting presentations
• Ability to train clients effectively
