About the position
The 4th Grade Teacher position at Ridgedale Elementary School is a full-time long-term substitute role, effective from January 9, 2025, to March 7, 2025. The teacher will be responsible for delivering the curriculum and managing the classroom environment for 4th-grade students during this period.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the 4th-grade curriculum effectively.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student performance and needs.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning.
Requirements
- Valid West Virginia certification for Elementary Education K-6.
- Valid West Virginia certification for Early Childhood Education K-4.
