About the position

The Enhanced Support Provider (ESP) position involves working closely with students as part of an intervention team, implementing academic and behavioral instructional programs. The role requires collaboration with co-workers and the ability to manage challenging behaviors and intensive learning needs under the guidance of a Behavior Specialist or classroom teacher.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with groups of students to implement prepared academic and behavioral instructional programs.
• Collaborate with co-workers, students, and community members in a professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and behaviors.
• Utilize technology effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Report to work daily and on time.
