Responsibilities

• Support a mixed-age class of Infants, Toddlers, and preschool (ages 3-6) children in a Montessori environment.
• Prepare a beautiful, orderly environment that fosters independence and concentration.
• Provide individual and small-group lessons to support each child’s development.
• Observe children closely to understand and best meet their needs.
• Form personal connections with each child and cultivate a community of collaboration and respect.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children.
• Background in childcare or a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to support a child-centered approach to education.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a Montessori environment (not required as training is provided).
