About The Position
As a Teacher at Everbrook Academy of Wellesley Hills, you will be part of a strong community dedicated to caring for children and families. This role is not just about supervising children; it’s about creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. You will be responsible for following all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom. Your engagement with the children will involve developing your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for their needs, as well as effectively communicating with their families. You will receive extensive training that provides insight into child care, preschool, and development topics, allowing you to become knowledgeable in your field. Creativity is also a key component of this role, as you will implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children. This position offers a unique opportunity to inspire children to become lifelong learners while working in a positive and fun workplace where employees are appreciated. We are looking for energetic, dependable, and passionate individuals who are at least 18 years old and have experience in a licensed childcare center or a related field. You will need to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements, and be able to work both indoors and outdoors, engaging in physical activity with children.
