About the position
The Summer School program will be held at the Warrensville Heights Library in collaboration with the Warrensville Library branch. The teacher will work alongside the literacy coordinator from the library to co-teach the camp. The camp is scheduled to run from July 29, 2024, to August 8, 2024, with daily hours from 9:30 am to 12:15 pm. Attendance is crucial, and teachers who miss three or more days will be removed from the program. Compensation for this position is set at an hourly wage of $35.00, with hiring based on student enrollment needs.
Responsibilities
- Co-teach the summer camp in collaboration with the literacy coordinator from the library.
- Maintain data to document student progress and attendance.
- Facilitate individualized instruction for students.
Requirements
- PK-3 certification
- Demonstrated student growth with current students during the school year
- Willingness to maintain data for student progress and attendance
