About the position

We are seeking a Chemistry Educator to join our team as an AI Trainer for Data Annotation. This role involves training AI models by providing them with complex chemistry problems, evaluating their outputs, and improving the quality of the models. The position can be performed remotely and offers flexibility in project selection and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

Requirements

• A current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD in Chemistry or related field is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in related fields such as Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.
