As a special education teacher at The Guild, you will be part of a creative and passionate workforce that enhances the lives of youth and adults with intellectual disabilities and other challenges. Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Education, you will develop, implement, and monitor academic curriculum for a classroom of 5-8 students, maintaining a 1:3 student-to-teacher ratio. Your role will involve planning and providing specialized instruction and appropriate learning accommodations to ensure that students benefit from the curriculum frameworks to the greatest extent possible.
