About the position

At KinderCare Learning Companies, we believe that futures start here, where first steps, new friendships, and confident learners are born. As the first and only early childhood education provider recognized with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, we offer a variety of early education and child care options for families. Our mission is to pave the way for lifelong learning journeys, and we invite you to join us in shaping a future we can all be proud to share—in neighborhoods, at work, and in schools nationwide. As a Teacher at KinderCare, you will be at the heart of our business, directly supporting children and their education every day. You will experience the trials and triumphs that come with this responsibility, but you will never be alone. You will work alongside a village of dedicated and passionate individuals who care deeply about helping kids reach their highest potential. The most rewarding part of this role is witnessing the positive impact you make on the lives of young learners and their families, knowing that your work truly matters. In this role, we will invest in you and your career as you create a world-class experience in our classrooms. You will be rewarded for your commitment to our children and families as your journey continues with us. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is tailored to the unique needs of each child, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Additionally, you will partner and connect with parents, sharing a common goal of providing the best care and education for their children. Your support will also extend to your center's success, as you collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners will be essential to your role.
