About the position

The Fremont Union High School District is seeking a dedicated and passionate Spanish Teacher for a 0.8 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) position at Lynbrook High School. This role is integral to our commitment to providing high-quality education and fostering an inclusive environment for our diverse student body. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the varying needs of students, promoting not only language acquisition but also cultural understanding and appreciation. The teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the Spanish Teacher will be expected to contribute to the school community through participation in extracurricular activities, mentoring students, and fostering a positive classroom environment.
