About the position

The Teacher-Spanish position at Shepard Middle School is a full-time role focused on delivering high-quality foreign language education to middle school students. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that fosters language acquisition and cultural understanding. The teacher will develop lesson plans that align with state standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Requirements

• Must hold a valid teaching certification in Spanish or Foreign Language Education.
• Experience in teaching middle school students preferred.
• Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and practices.
• Ability to create engaging and culturally relevant lesson plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with differentiated instruction techniques.
