About the position

The Substitute Teacher position at Lutheran Life-Shepherd's Flock Preschool offers a part-time opportunity to work in a faith-based environment, focusing on nurturing and engaging learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Responsibilities

• Foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Integrate teaching skills with the values and principles of the faith-based organization.
• Provide a well-rounded educational experience for children.
• Be available on an on-call basis as needed between the hours of 7am and 6pm.

Requirements

• At least a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Completion of courses in Human Growth and Development and Lifespan Development.
• Comfortable caring for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Completed Early Childhood Education level 3 or willing to obtain post hire.
• Completed Infant Toddler level two certification or willing to obtain post hire.
