About the position

As a Teacher at La Petite Academy, you will join a strong community dedicated to caring for children and families. You will be responsible for following all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom. Your engagement with the children will involve developing your ability to observe, assess, and plan for their needs, as well as effectively communicating with their families. In this position, you will complete extensive training that provides insight into child care, preschool, and development topics. You will implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun and interactive learning experiences for the children. We are looking for energetic, dependable, and passionate individuals who are at least 18 years old and have experience in a licensed childcare center or a related field. You will also need to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements, and be able to work both indoors and outdoors, engaging in physical activity with children. This is more than just a daycare job; it is a journey where you will learn, grow, and play every day. We are hiring difference makers who will inspire children to become lifelong learners. Our people are our best asset, and we listen to what you are looking for in a job. We offer benefits such as a minimum 50% childcare discount, immediate access to benefits, innovative health programs, and a 401(k) company match.
