We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for students, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a respectful and productive atmosphere.
• Provide care for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address concerns.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any incidents.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of child welfare practices and classroom management techniques is essential.
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning is highly desirable.
• A background in toddler care or experience working with students of various ages is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
