In this role, you will be responsible for planning, teaching, and executing all functions related to classroom instruction in the building you serve. This includes developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and creating a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success. You will also be expected to collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the overall mission of the school district.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Teach and facilitate learning in a classroom setting.
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements

• Valid MN teaching license in Elementary Education.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability and reliability in a classroom setting.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
