About the position
The Boonton Township School District is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher for a tenure-track co-teaching position starting in mid-December for the 2024-2025 school year. The role requires a P-3 and Special Education certification, with a preference for candidates experienced in working with autism, ABA, and discrete trial methods in an integrated preschool setting.
Responsibilities
- Co-teach in an integrated preschool environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student learning.
- Maintain a safe and secure classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Valid P-3 and Special Education certification required.
- Experience with autism, ABA, and discrete trial methods preferred.
