About the position

Princess Polly is seeking a Team Experience (TX) Coordinator to drive the team member lifecycle, create a best-in-class retail team member experience, and support the administration and reporting aspects of Team Experience. The TX Coordinator will emulate Princess Polly's values by providing outstanding service to team members across all platforms. Reporting to the Director of Team Experience, you will manage tasks tied to payroll, onboarding, reporting, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance. You'll be at the forefront of creating a consistent and engaging workplace culture that aligns with our values.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all new team members are set up for success from day one by managing onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and deliver timely reports to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Work closely with the Director of Team Experience to identify opportunities for enhancing the employee experience.
  • Champion organizational values and support initiatives that make Princess Polly a 'great workplace.'
  • Act as the face of the TX team by responding to employee inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Support and implement new procedures while ensuring team member inquiries are addressed timely.
  • Act as the liaison with payroll to resolve queries and communicate changes.
  • Assist with managing culture initiatives, internal events, and team engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR;
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably with ADP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software tools.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Commitment to fostering inclusivity and creating a dynamic workplace culture.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
