About the position

The Brand Ambassador Program Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the brand's ambassador program, which is essential for enhancing brand visibility and driving sales through influencer engagement. This position involves managing all aspects of the program, from the recruitment and onboarding of brand ambassadors to their ongoing engagement and performance tracking. The Director will ensure that ambassadors effectively represent the brand and align with its values and objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends, as well as excellent communication and relationship management skills. In this position, the Director will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential brand ambassadors, managing the onboarding process, and ensuring that all ambassadors are well-trained on brand guidelines and expectations. The Director will also facilitate internal communication regarding the ambassador program with franchisees and employees, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with the program's goals. The Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ambassador program, including managing the Social Ladder database, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring that ambassadors meet program requirements. Engaging with ambassadors on social media, monitoring their content, and providing feedback will be crucial to maintaining brand messaging consistency. Additionally, the Director will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that leverage ambassador content to drive brand awareness and engagement. Performance tracking will be a key responsibility, as the Director will regularly assess the impact of ambassadors on brand visibility and sales, providing valuable insights to inform future marketing strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with ambassadors will be essential, as will providing ongoing support and incentives to keep them motivated. The Director will also coordinate ambassador participation in events, ensuring they have the necessary materials and information to represent the brand effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
