About the position
The Team Lead position at our family-based preschool involves supporting the Center Director and Assistant Director in managing the childcare center's operations. This role focuses on customer service, leadership, compliance with standards, and enrollment management. The position requires availability for afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, until 6 PM.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Center Director and Assistant Director in daily operations of the childcare center.
- Provide leadership and support to staff and ensure compliance with minimum standards.
- Manage customer service interactions and maintain positive relationships with families.
- Oversee enrollment processes and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Early Childhood Education is required.
- Availability to work afternoons until 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
