We are seeking a Team Lead, Customer Implementation to develop and implement best practices that drive optimized business outcomes for our customers throughout the implementation project. In this role, you will be responsible for setting our Implementation team and customers up for immediate success by supporting and coaching a pod of Implementation Specialists. You will act as the first point of escalation throughout the customer implementation process, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with the hiring of new team members, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that all process documentation is up to date. You will also be accountable for your own projects, including high-priority “white glove” projects, and will work closely with various partners to standardize processes and improve customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer implementation within a SaaS environment, with a proven ability to deliver training on complex products. You should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different systems and environments. This role requires a collaborative mindset, as you will be working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where teamwork and communication are key to success.
