The Landscaping Maintenance Team Lead at Grounds Guys is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing landscaping and maintenance operations. Responsibilities
- Manage field operations by walking job sites and checking for quality control.

- Wrap up daily operations and prepare for the next day's tasks.
Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
- Knowledge of operating mowers, trimmers, tractors, and performing preventative maintenance.
- Clean driving history with experience driving a trailer.
- Willingness to complete required training and obtain necessary certifications and licenses within 6 months.
