About the position

The Team Lead, OnSite Operations at Stryker is responsible for overseeing surgical procedures and managing equipment preoperatively and postoperatively. This role involves guiding day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in the operating room, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and leadership. The position requires a solid understanding of clinical practices and metrics to drive process improvements and support team development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate job functions during surgical procedures and manage equipment preoperatively and postoperatively.
• Lead and participate in operational huddles to ensure OR efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage charge sheets and billing for the account.
• Apply feedback and metrics to propose process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide in-service training and support to team members and customers.
• Onboard new employees and ensure compliance with Joint Commission requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for the team account and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardization across regional lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 2-4 years of Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and work ethic.
