About the position

As a Client Operations Management Lead at CoreLogic, you will oversee the workflow of a team in a dynamic production environment focused on servicing and supporting various property loans. This role emphasizes attention to detail, critical thinking, and exceptional client service, while also involving mentorship and training of team members. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving process improvements, and handling complex client escalations, all aimed at maximizing team efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow tasks and delegate project work within the team.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members to foster their development.
  • Assist with complex escalations and work directly with clients to resolve issues.
  • Conduct intricate research of property tax cases using various resources.
  • Ensure adherence to company and client standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Track progress and report on team goals to management.
  • Lead or participate in projects and initiatives to improve team performance.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and team members.
  • Provide primary operational support and communication for the assigned team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in client service-oriented roles.
  • Strong aptitude for leading and motivating people.
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment.
  • Proficient in managing, prioritizing, and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate computer skills and technical mastery of relevant systems and applications.
  • Ability to understand basic property-related documentation from various sources.
  • Critical thinking skills to synthesize information and solve problems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to process and analyze data accurately.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
