About the position

The Team Lead - Quality Assurance at Sedgwick is responsible for leading quality audits and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. The position emphasizes continuous improvement through training and collaboration with operations, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Leads transactional audit and call quality audits using quality audit tools.
  • Performs data analysis and process modeling to interpret trends and identify training interventions.
  • Creates dashboards and trend analysis tools to display overall performance.
  • Partners with operations to lead training on updates, training gaps, and technology enhancements.
  • Deploys Lean Six Sigma tools for overall process improvement.
  • Implements QA tools for Insurance or Healthcare business and collaborates with Ops and Implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma yellow belt or green belt highly preferred.
  • Six years of related experience in quality scorecards, audits, and training on quality tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-specific quality tools.
  • Deep analytical skills and understanding of frontline operations.
